4. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are accepted via our website. Full payment is required at checkout.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and secure payment gateways like PayPal or Stripe.

  • Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).

  • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

 

5. Delivery

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • We ship via Royal Mail, with delivery times of 2–5 working days for UK orders.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs (for international orders).

  • You are responsible for entering a correct shipping address. We cannot redirect parcels once shipped.

 

6. Returns, Refunds & Damages


Due to the nature of skincare products:

  • We do not accept returns unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.

  • If your product is damaged, email info@edenscrown.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving it, with photos and your order number.

  • Refunds will only be issued once the damage is verified.

 

7. Promotions & Discount Codes

  • Promo codes are non-transferable, cannot be applied retroactively, and are subject to expiry dates.

  • One promo code may be used per transaction unless stated otherwise.
