Refund & Returns Policy


Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we operate a strict no-returns policy unless the item is damaged or faulty upon arrival.

 

Returns & Refund Eligibility


We will only offer a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You notify us via email at info@edenscrown.shop within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You provide clear photographic evidence of the issue, along with your order number.


If these conditions are met, we will arrange a replacement item or issue a refund at our discretion.

 

Non-Refundable Situations


We do not accept returns or offer refunds if:

  • You change your mind after purchase

  • You ordered the wrong product by mistake

  • You have used or opened the product

  • You experience a skin reaction (all ingredients are listed to support safe use and patch testing)

 

Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or faulty item sent).

 

Responsibility


All Edens Crown products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients. Slight variations in texture, colour, or scent are normal and do not qualify as defects.

 

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email info@edenscrown.shop within 48 hours of receiving your item

  2. Include your order number, photos of the item, and a short description of the issue

  3. We’ll review and respond within 5 working days
